Q.     How do I get my key?

Keys will be available either from us directly or via the cabinet with a code on the balcony/entrance of the apartment.

The single use code will be e-mailed when final payment is made.

Q.     When is check in and check out?

Check in: 17:00

Check out: 12:00

Q.     Where can I park my car?

Coming by car, there are two parking places without cost across the street.

Q.     When do I get my booking confirmation?

After our mutual agreement, I (landlord) will e-mail you the confirmation with booked weeks/nights and how to transfer the payment.

The payment 30 % of the total rent within 3 days after received confirmation, makes the confirmation binding.

Q.     When is final payment due?

The renter pays the final payment 2 month before the start of the stay.

If inquiry is made very close to arrival date, total payment at arrival can be arranged.

Q.     What´s you cancellation policy?

Cancellation latest 8 weeks before booked arrival date, you lose the 30 % that you have paid at the booking.

Cancellation after 8 to 4 weeks before booked arrival date you pay 50 % of the total rent.

Cancellation after 4 week before booked arrival date you pay the total rent.

Yes, between 22:00 - 08:00
